We have been entrusted to perform verification on paid-in situation of registered capital of your company (to be established) as of June 7th, 2004. According to regulations of the relevant laws, rules and the regulations and requirements of agreement, providing truthful, legal and complete data for capital verification and preserving the safety, completeness of assets are the duties of all shareholders and your company (to be established). Our duty is to express our opinion on your company’s newly added and paid-in situation of registered capital of your company (to be established). We, according to the requirements of 專業行列 Independent Auditing Pragmatic Notice-Capital Verification, have carried out necessary auditing procedures based on your company’s factual situation.
As stipulated in the Articles of Association, your company (to be established) applies for a registered capital of RMB 500,000 Yuan, which is to be paid by all shareholders before June 7th, 2004. According to our verification, as of June 7th, 2004, your company (to be established) has received the registered capital paid by all shareholders; the paid-in capital of your company was RMB FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND YUAN ONLY made in currency capital.
The Capital Verification Report is only used for your company’s (to be established) application for registration of registered capital and paid-in capital, and issuance of Capital Contribution Certificate to shareholders, which cannot be considered as the guarantee for the assets preservation, solvency and continuous operation capacity of your company (to be established) after issuance date of the Report. This Capital Verification Report is given without any responsibility on the part of the certified public accountants carrying out the capital verification and the accountants company for any consequence caused by its improper use.
